to the legalized sale of recreational marijuana, a state senator said
New Mexico should consider following suit.Sen. Gerald Ortiz y Pino, an Albuquerque Democrat, said he will introduce a constitutional amendment proposal to legalize recreational marijuana when the Legislature convenes this month.
